❀ Shipping address:
• Please make sure your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. We will send your package to this address and not the Paypal one. Contact us as soon as you can if you need different address to ship your order.

❀ Terms & Delivery time:
• It takes up to 3-5 working days for your items to be packed and shipped. Usually, it takes less time, but we take the maximum terms.
Sometimes there can be delays during the run out of stock times.

• The time differs for custom orders. Depending on the size of your order - up to 3-5 weeks of making time. Sometimes there is a waiting list, too.

• Shipping usually takes about 1-2 weeks.
Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival time unless you requested a more expensive shipping option. Please contact the seller about this matter privately to discuss your options.

❀ Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via Latvijas Pasts services with a tracking number.

❀ Packaging:
• Every purchase from us comes thoughtfully packaged in a brown cardboard box or a bubble wrap envelope (recycled materials). It carefully protects items during the shipping.
• Orders with multiple items are packed in one or more boxes by default, so if you need more gift boxes, please drop us a note during the checkout. We would happily pack your items separately.
• Including notes, cards and shipping gifts directly to the recipient are always welcome. If you have some special request feel free to contact us.

❀ Custom Fees and Duties
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. We are not responsible for any additional charges that can arise during importing our products to your country.

YOU ARE ALLOWED:
My artworks and tutorials are made for sole use only. You can buy my items, gift my items to your friends and relatives or keep for yourself.
If you are re-selling the item, the original designer name (c) Mandarin Duck needs to be stated so that your client know that they are buying a designer item made by an original artist, not you.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED:
To copy, reproduce or recreate any of my tutorials for sale or distribution of any kind. You also can't copy any of my other designs even if you understand how they are made. All designs are copyrighted.
If you are willing to use this tutorial for industrial production of goods, this is prohibited. This is a private license to one person only for sole trade in a small shop. NOT FACTORIES.

TUTORIALS:
If you are a sole person - you are allowed to make as many items from the tutorial you have purchased from me and sell them in your small Etsy store or elsewhere.
If you are a big factory or small production with multiple employees - you are not allowed to distribute one purchased tutorial to multiple employees and recreate the items, mass produce them and sell them.
